Japanese Udon Recipe
A tasty recipe for Japanese Noodles! Chilled Udon noodles tossed lightly with a flavorful garlic-sesame soy sauce. It's a perfect recipe for the hot seasons, deliciously savory and satisfying.
This bowl dishware is also suitable for noodles with soup, such as Udon and Ramen. It is painted inside of the bowl with white slip pattern from all four directions.
Chilled Udon with Sesame and Soy Sauce
● 2 servings store-bought udon noodles・・200g×2
● OUCHI PASTA・・10cc
● OUCHI PASTA・・4 tablespoons
● Tuna flakes・・１can（70g）
● Red onion・・30g
● 2 soft-boiled eggs
● Green perilla・・6 leaves
● Shredded nori (seaweed) to taste
<Instructions>①Slice red onion and soak in water. Shred green perilla.
②Put tuna in a bowl, and add and 10cc OUCHI PASUTA. Mix well.
③Cook Udon Noodles as instructed and chill in cold water, then drain well.
④Put ❸ in a bowl, and add and 4 tablespoons OUCHI PASUTA. Mix well.
⑤Place well Udon Noodles on a plate, arrange tuna, soft-boiled eggs, green perilla and shredded nori on top of the noodles, mix well and enjoy.
