Oven-baked pumpkin and walnuts
Ingredients
・3 tbsps. dressing
・200 g pumpkin
・20 g walnuts
・Leafy greens, as needed
・Cherry tomatoes, as needed
Instructions
① Crumple a sheet of aluminum foil once and then spread it out. Place 5 mm-thick pumpkin slices on the sheet and drizzle
with 2 tablespoons of dressing.
② Put ❶ in a grill pan and place a lid on the pan. After baking at 200°C for about 7 minutes, turn the pumpkin slices over and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of dressing. Top with walnuts and heat for another 4 to 5 minutes.
③ Dish up nicely and serve with leafy greens and cherry tomatoes.
Bacon and soft-boiled egg carbonara rice gratin
Ingredients
・2 tbsps. Pietro OUCHI PASTA Carbonara
・15 cc olive oil
・20 g bacon
・30 g mushrooms
・15 cc water
・150 g cooked rice
・60 g commercially available white sauce
・40 g mixed cheese
・1 soft-boiled egg
・Black pepper, as needed
・Pietro OUCHI PASTA Carbonara, as needed for finishing
Instructions
① Cut bacon into cubes. Slice mushrooms.
② Pour olive oil into a frying pan and heat. Add ❶ and stir fry briefly.
Add water and turn off the heat. Add 2 tablespoons of Pietro OUCHI PASTA Sauce Carbonara and warm rice, and then mix well.
③ Transfer ❷ into a baking dish and top with white sauce and mixed cheese.
④ Bake the dish in a toaster oven at 220°C. (Reference: 9–10 minutes)
⑤ Take out of the toaster oven. Top with a soft-boiled egg at the center and sprinkle black pepper over the dish. As a finishing touch, drizzle with Pietro OUCHI PASTA Carbonara Sauce.
