Macaroni Cheese Gratin, is the national dish of English.
So amazingly rich, creamy, this Macaroni Gratin with white sauce and "Tarako sauce" is true comfort food! The golden, crunchy cheese topping makes it even more irresistible.
This dishware has a little depth, and Tobikanna (chatter marks)which the inside of the vessel are beautiful. You will want to pick it up and use it every day.

Recipes
Macaroni Cheese Gratin
● Dry elbow macaroni・・70g
● Potato・・80g
● OUCHI PASTA・・・・2 tablespoons
● Milk・・90cc
● Béchamel sauce・・50g
● White cheddar, grated・・20g
● Parmesan cheese・・10g
<Instructions>
①Peeled and cut the potato into quarter-rounds into 1 cm.
②Cook macaroni according to package directions and cook potato 8 minutes; drain.
③In a same saucepan, add OUCHI PASUTA, milk, béchamel sauce. Once those ingredients in the pan boils, pour into the flour mixture and mix well. Gradually add white cheddar. Cook and stir for a few minutes.
④Spread ❸ in the dish. Drizzle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 230°for 7〜8 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.
