〜Noodle Dishes from Around the World〜
Vietnamese noodle soup "Pho" Recipe

Phở, is the national dish of Vietnam. 
This pho is full of flavor, thanks to dressing, herbs and boiled chicken! It’s easy and fun to make, too.
This dishware are the contrast between the slipware decoration on the outside with hand-carved one by one and the rich glaze. You will want to pick it up and use it every day.
This bowl dishware  is easy to use and good for noodle dishes.

Chicken Pho Recipe

[Pho Soup Broth]
● Warter・・1400 cc 
​● Chicken broth mix ・・30 g 
​● Ginger・・10 g 
​● Dressing・・120 cc 
​● Chicken breast・・250g

① By using a knife to pull and remove chicken skin. Remove excess fat. Bruise chicken skin by chopping it a few times with a knife. 
② Put water, chicken broth mix, sliced ginger, dressing, chicken skin in a pot. And bring to a boil over medium heat. When it comes to a boil, and skim off the scum from the soup. Turn off the heat. Add Chicken breast to broth. Cover and leave at room temperature for about 3 hours. (Low temperature cooking method)

[Chicken Pho]

・600cc Pho soup 
・2 dried rice noodles 
・120g chicken thighs, bone in, skin on 
・100g (50g×2) Bean sprouts 
・Coriander seeds, optional 
・2 lemons

① Bring a small pot of pho soup broth to a boil over high heat. Add boiled rice noodles and bean sprouts and cook, stirring to keep them from sticking, until just cooked. ② Chop coriander seeds. Cut the lemon into wedges. ③ Divide noodles tow large soup bowls. Put some chicken into each bowl, then pour 2 cups hot broth into each bowl. Serve with platter of coriander seeds and lemon.
