〜Challenge Carrot〜

Recipes
Marinated Carrots
・Dressing…2 tablespoons
・Carrot…80g
・A pinch of salt(0.4~0.6g)
・ PATFUTTE… If desired.
<Instructions> for one kid
① Cut into julienne strips (It is convenient to use a cheese grader, etc.)
② Put it in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and rub it lightly, and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
③Wrap in kitchen paper and squeeze by hand to remove excess water.
④ Put them into a bowl. , add dressing and mix well.
Roasted Parmesan Carrots
・OUCHI PASTA… 1 tablespoon
・Carrots…1/2 (100g)
・ Olive oil …1 tbsp
・Unsalted butter・・・5g
・ Salt … a little
・Grated parmesan cheese to taste
・Chopped fresh parsley to taste
<Instructions> for one kid
①Wash the carrots, peel and cut into 6 lengthwise skewers, and lightly chamfer the core.
② Put olive oil in a frying pan, heat it over low heat and add ❶. Stir fry while turning slowly until browned. Add butter halfway through and sauté. (Guideline: 10 minutes)
③ When it is browned, turn off the heat and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. Add home pasta and mix everything together.
④ Serve in a bowl and sprinkle grated cheese and parsley if you like.
