Every parents want to getting children to eat more vegetables ... Getting kids to eat their veggies is usually the bigger challenge.

Challenge  Cabbage
Palm-sized dishware also can serve as the perfect for kids meal.

First, a dish that becomes delicious just by mixing cabbage with tuna and dressing. Next step!  Alternate layers of cabbage and minced meat, add cheese and put in the oven. The roasted cabbage become also sweet. These makes your kids love vegetables!

Cabbage and Tuna Slaw 

・Dressing・・・ 2 tablespoons 
・Tuna can・・・ 40g
・ Grated Parmesan cheese・・・ 5g
・ PATFUTTE・・・ If desired.
<Instructions> for one kid①Chop the cabbage roughly in a deep bowl, add salt and mix gently. 
②Salt the cabbage (optional). Salting the cabbage helps it stay crisp a little longer.
Let it rest for 10 minutes on a plate or in the refrigerator. Squeeze as much moisture as you can from the cabbage, then continue making the coleslaw.
③Add tuna and season with dressing, mix.
④Top with PATFUTTE, if desired.

 Cabbage and Ground Beef Casserole

・OUCHI PASTA・・・3 tablespoons 
・Mixed ground meat・・・160g
・Onion・・・ 40g
・Panko breadcrumbs・・・10g
・PATFUTTE・・・If desired.
<Instructions> for one kid
①Chop the cabbage roughly in a deep bowl, add salt and mix gently. 
②Let it rest for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
③Wrap in kitchen paper and squeeze by hand to remove excess water.
④In a large bowl,  add ground beef and chopperd onion, panko breadcrumbs and OUCHI PASTA, mix well together.
⑤Spread half the beef mixture  in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with half cabbage. Repeat with the remaining beef, cabbage mixture and cheese. Bake until hot and the cheese has melted and started to brown, 180 ℃ (356℉) about 15 minutes .
