〜Challenge Asparagus〜
These makes your kids love vegetables!
Challenge to eat vegetables that are not good at long summer vacation!
Sautéed asparagus has a crunchy texture and a sesame taste. Place the bowl gently on a cute palm-sized plate with a flower petal-like pattern.
The next challenge is asparagus and egg toast!
The egg soaks into the bread, making it French-cheese-style.
The shape is cut into triangles to make it easier to eat, and seasoned with tarako mayonnaise.I'm sure they'll love it if you serve it in a leaf dishware.
Recipes
Asparagus and French Toast Style
・OUCHI-PASTA ・・・ 2 tablespoons
・Bread・2 slices
・Asparagus・・・2 sticks 50g
・2 eggs
<Instructions> for one kid
① Cut off the hard roots of the asparagus and cut into easy-to-eat pieces. Boil in salt or heat in the microwave.
② Place the bread on the oven sheet and press the white part with your hand to make a dent.
Pour in the beaten egg, top with ①, and bake.
* Approximately 5 to 6 minutes in a 230°C oven or toaster.
Sauteed Asparagus
・Dressing・・・ 2 tablespoons
・4 Asparagus
・Olive oil・・・ 2 tablespoons
<Instructions> for one kid
① Cut off the hard roots of the asparagus and cut it into 3cm lengths.
② Put olive oil in a frying pan and heat it over medium heat. Add ① and sauté until lightly browned.
③ Put ② on a plate and put dressing on it.
